CANNOT RECEIVE EMAILS IN WINDOWS MAIL

ALL OF A SUDDEN MY WINDOWS MAIL STOPPED RECEIVING EMAILS.
ALL INCOMING SERVER IS CORRECT. PROBLEM? SOLUTION?
