Cannot Open the Help File net_compact_framework.chm

Hello,

if I try to open the Help file for the .Net CF, I got
the following error message:
Cannot Open the File:
MkMSITStore:C:\Windows\Help\net_compact_framework.chm"

Well, I cant open ANY help from any program.
I found something in the knowledge base which related to
this problem in Win98 - but I got WinXP prof.
