It sounds like you configured Outlook to use an Exchange account and the
Exchange server isn't available. Do you wish to use an Exchange account? Did
Outlook ever work? If so, what did you change between when it worked and now?
What version of Outlook?

Hard to say at this level of detail.
Did it ever work for you? What changes since the last time it worked?

A wild guess;
It sounds like you have configured Outlook with an Exchange account while in
fact you are not using an Exchange server.
Start of with a new mail profile and select the correct mail account type.

that usually means you have an Exchange email account, and it is either set
up wrong, or the server/connection is down.
