Cannot install KB824105

Every one of my Windows 2000 servers gets the following
error when I install the critical updates from the
Windows update site. Security Update for Microsoft
Windows (KB824105) failed to install on Windows 2000
Server. Anyone know what this update is for and/or why it
fails to install on all my Windows 2000 servers?

You should erase your Internet Temporal files and cookies, before to use
Windows Update.
You could download this file from Microsoft to hard drive and install it.

Clearing Internet Temp files did not work. Downloading
straight from Internet and installing separately did work.
