Recently I lost the ability to use Internet Explorer. Every site I go to I receive "Page cannot be displayed. I received MS updates ready to download and install. I can send and receive outlook email. I have reinstalled internet using regedit (4 times) I have used "sfc /scannow". I have cleaned out the temp files, temp internet files, history on all users. I can "surf" the web with netscape, but would rather use explorer. I can ping my IP and now I am lost. I cannot go directly to hotmail, but I can get there through netscape. Any help please
