Cannot Delete File on FTP site

I am attempting to delete a file from an FTP site with IE 6 on a W2k3 server.
The server sits behind a ISA2004 box and is a securenat client. The error I
get is :

FTP Folder Error
An error occurred deleting the file or folder on the FTP Server. Make sure
you have permissions to access to this folder.
Details: 550 Access is denied

I know the site, username, and password are correct and I have permission on
the server, I can delete using my home pc (xpSP2) no problem.

I have checked my ISA logs and see the FTP session and do not see it being
denied.

Thanks
Adam

Many Unix FTP server protocols will not allow a folder (directory)
to be deleted so long as it contains files.
