Cannot delete active route in w2k3 Server

Im trying to configure cisco Server Load balancing on Windows 2003 Server.
The problem is to delete a Active Route from a Loopback Device. Im getting
Route delete 192.0.0.0 192.168.0.1 => route does not exists

Can anyone tell me how to delete a active route
