Cannot copy files

After downloading the latest critical updates, Windows Explorer Quits

When I attempt to copy a file from one folder to another folder

regardless of the drives

The following error message is received

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are

sorry for the inconvenience

Error signatur

When I close the error my taskbar and icons disapear momentarily then

Go to Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System
Restore, go back one day and that will remove the
updates, you'll need to determine which updates you did
indeed install and diagnose the culprit, as a rule I only
do each one selectively not all at once rebooting each
time, sounds like a long task, but never the less the all
usually go on smoothly.

After doing updates always defrag.
