cannot copy files to cd

have tried to copy my videos to my cd but message keeps saying insert a a
writale cd or cd is full up? have gone into tool and cd burning is on a
uomatic but still cannot burn file to cd

CDR disks can only be burned once (per session). CDRW disks can be erased
and rewritten up to 1000 times (average). You have to start a new session in
order to burn more data to the disk. A session starts a new track on the CD
with a slight gap between tracks.

Put the disk in the drive and double-click My Computer. Right click on the
CD drive icon and select "Properties". Under the "General" tab you will see
if the amount of free space left on it.

Videos are best burned on DVD disks because these disks store much more data
on them. CD's are around 700 mb and can fill up fast with video files.
