Hello,
We are experiencing a problem with the default system
locale on Win2k Server. During installation we left the
default locale - "us". Then after installation we changed
it to "cs" (Czech). Some things work ok, but some programs
still think, that the locale is "us, and format the way
numbers and date. It is a problem especially when an user
enters a number with decimal sign ",", because it is not
formated correctly in "us" locale (it is usualy missed,
then instead of "1,00" you have "100").

We have knew abou this problem for some time, and we
always tried to set it correctly during installation,
because it works then. But now we cannot reinstall it, it
must run 24/7.

Can you help me where (in registry or elsewhere) can be
the default locale (the real one) changed?

Thank you a lot,
Josef.

Hi

Did you set the default system locale (button lover left corner in the
"Regional Options" dialog?
