Cannot add profile in Outlook 2007 B2TR

I am running Office 2007 B2TR on a clean install of Vista RC1. I
successfully created my main profile (POP3) but now I have to create a second
one for work (Exchange). When I run the Mail applet in Control panel 2
things happen:

1) I get a message stating that I am trying to "run a legacy cpl elevated".
Don't know if that's normal or not, and

2) I get another message stating that "You cannot create a new Microsoft
Outlook profile at this time. To create a new profile, open the Control
Panel, double-click the Mail icon, and then click Show Profiles.

Which is what I could've sworn that I just did...

Does anybody have an idea?

Is this RC1 (build 5600) or the post-RC1 build 5728?
Someone else reported 1. It doesn't sound like it should be normal, but
it might be something you'll have to deal with during the beta phase of
Vista and Office.
Did you allow the cpl to be run elevated when you got the error message
in 2?

Sorry. Forgot to put that I am running build 5600 and that I did allow the
cpl to run elevated.

I just did a little research and have determined that once again, UAC (User
Account Control) is the culprit. As soon as I disable UAC, I can add
profiles to my little heart's content. I'm really beginning to hate UAC...

Thanks for your help!
