Cannot Access "windows" My Doc Folders

I am unable to access My Doc folders such as My Music and
My Pictures for a remote peer-to-peer computer. I am
able to access folders I created within My Doc. The
error message I get is ..\My Pictures is
unaccessible. ...you may have to contact your system
admin... access is denined.

Any Clues?
