Cannot access old admin user account

Hi
i had to reinstall win xp over a perivous winxp installation. Now I have
two admin accounts. One admin is from the perivous installation of win xp
and the other is from the reinstallation of win xp. i am unable to access
my old admins files.
Every time i try to access the the old admin account via windows explorer
(C:\Documents and Settings\old admin account name) i get a popup saying
access denied.

Is there anyway to access my old admins accounts' files as there are files
on there that i would like to use.

You need to take ownership of the files. Take a look here for
the procedure:

Good luck
