cannot access internet explorer

Since I installed the beta anti-spyware software yesterday
I can no longer access the internet and keep getting an
error message being displayed. Can anyone help?

do you have anti virus software?? if so what is it

I have VET antivirus and when I installed anti spyware I
had to reload VET

as my ICS service stopped reloading VET or anti virus
will start it again
