I have the same problem, too. Are you using XP Pro or
2000, It seems only XP Pro and 2000 has this problem,
because I have another computer with XP HOME and it doen't
have any problem.
Here is the reply from Microsoft Online Support, try it
and see if it works and let me know. If it doens't work, I
am going to ask Microsoft Online Support again. Because I
can't access my computer now, so I havn't try it yet.

Please perform the following Step A :
Step A Enable active controller
1. Launch Internet Explorer
2. Click ¡°Tools¡± and Choose ¡°Internet Options¡±
3. Choose ¡°Advanced¡± and Click ¡°Restore Defaults¡±
4. Click ¡°Security¡± and choose ¡°Internet¡±
5. Move the slider in ¡°Security for this zone¡± to ¡°
Low¡± and click ¡°yes¡± in the Warnning Box
6. Click ¡°Custom level¡± and check the enable option of
every options which is related with ActiveX controls
7. Click ¡°OK¡± and Close all the IE windows.
Launch a new Internet Explorer and try again.
If the issue still exists, please perform step B
Step B uninstall Patch for Internet Explorer (822925)
1. Click ¡°start¡± and click ¡°Control Panel¡±
2. Double click ¡°Add/remove program¡±
3. Choose Patch for Internet Explorer (822925) and click ¡°
remove¡±
4. Remove the Patch for Internet Explorer (822925).
5. Close the ¡°Add/remove program¡± windows
