Cann’t put forward new questions on this discussion group.

I’ve been keeping asking questions on this discussion group for some time,
but 3 weeks ago, when I click New-Question, the web page refreshed with the
same page ,not the interface for me to enter my question. It seems only
happening to my PC, when I turned to my colleague’s PC using my login-in
hotmail ID on my PC ,it’s ok to put forward new questions. What can I do, pls
do me a favor, thanks.

That happens to me sometimes and when it does, just start your explorer over
then try again to log in. That usually fixes it.
