Canceling a document in the printer que

I have cancelled a document on my printer que, but it will not "go away".
The message says it is deleting the document from the que, but it is still
there.

Open a command prompt window (Start > Run > cmd.exe [enter])

type "net stop spooler" without quotes, press enter
type "net start spooler" without quotes, press enter
type "exit" without quotes, press enter
