Can’t create Remote Assistance Invitation

Hi,

I have a Win 2003 Server. I need to create a Remote assistance invitation to
file but it wont allow me.

When i try to save the file i get the following:

"Remote assistance Failed. PLease try again"

Where can i start looking?
