Can you set-up MS Outlook to send mail, but not receive

I am wondering, if you can set up MS Outlook to only send messages and not
receive them.

Reason being, in our office we have one e-mail address, but two users.

We want e-mail to arrive only at one workstation, but allow the other user
to send.

Is this possible and if so, how do I set it up.

Thanks

Rob

Sure. Set up the second account in a separate Send/Receive group and
disable receiving in that group. More explicit instructions will have to
wait for you to state your Outlook version.

The workstation I want to set this up in is running MS Outlook 2000 SR-1

Detailed instructions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Internet Mail Only mode or Corporate and Workgroup mode? Help>About will
tell you.
