Can you put an Outlook contact on a page for someone to download?

I would like to be able to take an Outlook contact address card and put it on
a web page so others would be able to add it directly to their contacts. I
tried dragging and dropping and it put the contact info on the page, but not
the little icon. I was hoping for the icon so they could drag and drop into
their contacts. Can it be done? If so, what's the best way to do it?

Take a screen shot of your desktop with a contact icon on it and then cut and
paste the contact icon to an image file. Save as a jpg and use that image to
hyperlink.
