Can You Please Help Me?

Everytime a new e-mail arrives in my Outlook, I do not get notified ( I have
Outlook 2003).
I have to open the Inbox manualy and see if I have new messages or, I must
have MSN Messenger signed in and then, everytime a new mail arrives, MSN
Messenger notifies me.

I know there is an option in Outlook to get notified, I checked almost all
the settings through the tutorials in Outlook, but I am still facing with the
same problem, no notification in my Outlook!
Can you please help me resolve this problem of mine?

Click on

"Tools"
"Options"
"Preferences Tab"

(button) "E-mail Options"
(button) "Advanced E-Mail Options"

Then look to the middle of the Dialog that says:

"When new mail arrives in my inbox......"

Or, use "rules and ALERTS" to generate a pop-up box - if that helps at
all....
