Can Windows clock display HH:MM:SS ?

The format of the date/clock in the taskbar is HH:MM. Is it possible to
get the seconds displayed also? Thanks.

No. But there are plenty of third-party clock utilities that will
display the time and/or date any way you want it. Google for them.

And if you're looking for a recommendation, I like TClock (not the similarly
named, but inferior, in my view, TClockex)
