Can Tool Bars Be Minimized To An Icon?

Every provider has their own tool bar.
Comcast, Google, Yahoo, eBay, etc.
Can each one of these tool bars be reduced to an icon on the desktop and
available when they are needed?
But not lined up at the top of the page when they are not needed.
Reducing these tool bars to an icon would be better than un-installing them.
I will welcome all words of wisdom on this issue.

If you right click on the tool bar, you can uncheck it and it will go away,
right click check it and check it when you need it.

Now your help . . . needs more help.
When I right clicked on the Yahoo Tool bar, my Comcast tool bar disappeared,
but my Yahoo Tool Bar remained in place.

When I clicked the second time on the Yahoo Tool Bar, my Comcast too bar
returned.

I want to keep the Comcast Tool Bar, and minimize the Yahoo Tool Bar,
what should I do next?

So you uncheck the Yahoo bar but the Comcast disappears instead? If thats so,
all I can think of is reinstalling both toolbars.
