Can send but not receive

I can send emails, but can't receive them. No error message, so what could be
the problem? The server port numbers are: outgoing - 25, incoming - 110

Please provide the entire error message - copy/paste - and the email
provider (AFTER the @ symbol) for best assistance. Lots of email providers
use / don't use 25 and 110 so without more specific info we can't help you.
