I can send but not receive emails on Windows mail. I have a Yahoo rogers.com
address which is set up to forward my emails to my own address. I have
confirmed server connections but still can not solve the problem.Any ideas?

I see...
I'm not familiar with Rogers, but I found this... looks like you need to
check the box for "My Server requires authentication"
Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Servers

"Mail - Quick POP3 Settings
If you are familiar with your email program and require only the specific
server settings, please refer to the list below. If you require more
detailed instructions, please click the link at the bottom of the page.

* Your Email Address: (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed)
Enter your Rogers Email user name in place of "username"
* Password: Enter your Rogers Email password.
Remember your password is case sensitive. Check that caps lock is not
on.
* Incoming (POP) Server: pop.broadband.rogers.com
* Outgoing (SMTP) Server: smtp.broadband.rogers.com
* SMTP Authentication: Should be ON.
This will allow you to send mail. If you are asked to enter a username
and password, enter the same ones used to download mail. "

Any error message? If so, copy it and paste into a reply here.
Which antivirus program are you running?

So all email is forwarded to the chezwoods.com address?
Looks like the domain chezwoods.com is hosted by 1and1.com.
It isn't clear to me how you expect to retrieve chezwoods.com email
through a rogers.com mail server. Please explain.
