Can send but can't receive message

G

Gus Rendon

Using MSN messenger 5.0 with Exchange 2000
We have MSN messenger installed on out corp network
We have 2 remote users they can send messages to everyone inside
but when we try to reply we get "The following message could not be
delivered to all recipients:"

It used to work fine when first set up and can really figure any big
changes.
MSN messenger works fine both ways for everyone in house.

Thanks

Greetings Gus,

What you're describing can occur if the Internet Connection Firewall/Windows Firewall has
been engaged. To check for this, click Start, All Programs, Accessories, Communications,
Network Connections. Right click your network/internet connection, then click Properties.
Click the Advanced Tab, and verify that the Internet Connection Firewall is unchecked (if
you're using Windows XP SP2, you'll need to click the Settings button under Windows Firewall
and switch it to Off).
