Can receive but not send

I suddenly have trouble sending email. I can recieve it. Here is the error
message I am getting:
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:
'pop3', Server: 'mail.roadrunner.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

That server name does not appear to be correct. If you are a former
Adelphia customer, the server name should be smtp-server.roadrunner.com.
Non-Adelphia RoadRunner customers have server names differentiated
by their geographic location.

If no improvement, which antivirus are you running?

smtp-server.nyc.rr.com is the SMTP OUTGOING MAIL
