Can not open Outlook

Unable to Open Outlook Bus Manager

Each time I attempt to open Outlook, I get EM "Business Contact
Manager has experienced a problem and has to close" Will not allow me to
open in safe mode either. Please help.

Did you get an answer to your question. I am now going through same
problem, don't know what to do.
