Can not install Service Pack 4 on W2K Server with Citrix Metaframe XP

Hi

I have a problem with 2 W2k Servers running Citrix
Metaframe XP 1.8. The problem is the same on both servers.
They are totally separated fromn each other.

The problem is that I can't install Service Pack 4 on
either of them. This is the error message:


"Failed to install Catalog files

Windows 2000 has been partially updated and may not work
properly. It is recomended that you use your Emergency
Repair disk to repair yuor system. To do this, insert the
Windows 2000 Setup Boot Disk into the floppy drive,
restart your computer, and select the Emergency Repair
option"

OK, so I did that but it didn't change a thing. The error
message is probably some generic message for unexpected or
similar errors. But Emergency Repair didn't help me.

Both servers are running daily, with lot's of users
working on them. So I can not just try anything on them or
simply reinstall them.

The reason to why I want to install SP4 is that we have
som other problems with them that we hop SP4 will solve.

I have searched the knowledgebase for this problem but
can't find anything similar. Please! somebody help me!
