Problem with remote printer connection on W2k server

Hi all!

I've got a problem on a W2k SP4 server with terminal services and Citrix
Metaframe XPe FR3.

I cannot establish a remote printer connection. The error message is exact
the same as described in MSKB article 282817, but the solution is not
satisfying. Stopping the licence service doesn't solve the problem. The
licence service is not configured "per server", so I can't add more
concurrent connections. But even when I switch to "per server" and set
concurrent connections to eg. 900 the problem still exists.

Our second Citrix terminal server has exactly the same hardware, OS and
software installation and on this machine everything's ok. I can't find any
difference between both machines.

Can anyone please help me with this?
