Can not Access one Computer on Home Network

We have three computer using XP Home SP2 on a home network. Computer A
connects by ethernet to router. Computers B and C connect wireless to
router. Computer A was infected by some viruses and adware. after several
days, I finally got rid of all the bugs (I think). However, Computer A has
two problems: 1. I can not access Windows Firewall (the radio buttons are
gray)--not a big deal because I have Zone Lab Firewall, but the other two
computers also use Zone Labs Firewall, and I can still select Windows
Firewall if I want; and 2. I can not access Computer A from Computer B or C,
although Computer A can access bothe B and C. The message I get:"\\Computer
A is not accessable. You might not have permission to use this network
resource. Contact the administrator...Logon failure: the user has not been
granted the requested logon type at this computer." I suspect a corrupted
driver or registry, but Windows Troubleshooter did not fix this. I also
reloaded SP2, but that did not fix it either. The error log shows two
recurring problems that may relate: 1.'Windows Firewall/Internet Connector
Sharing (ICS) service terminated with the following error: The class is
configured to run as a security id different from the caller." and 2."The
name 'WorkGroup: 1d' could not be registered on the interface with IP address
xxx.xxx.x.100. The machine with the IP address xxx.xxx.x.102 did not allow
the name to be claimed by this machine." Any ideas?

The error "...user has not been granted the requested logon type" is pretty well
known here.

Fix that, then we can look at the error log issues.
