Can not Send - Receive is Okay

I have Win xp SP2. I am trying to use Outlook 2000 to receive and mainly to send Email.

I have talked to my Host Tech and he has walked me through my configuration, seems to be in order. But, still can't Send out.
What are the Port Numbers, SMTP 25 POP3 110 CAN I Change these ?
That's where the problem might be.

Has anyone ever had a problem like this?

It works fine at my Office.

does not work at Home.

Thank You in Advance

If it doesn't work at home under the same configurations as your office then some could question the setup of your firewall? Check that your firewall isn't disabling SMTP and that the port you're trying to use is permitted. Some services allow you to use ports: 22 and 23 for SMTP, but not all--failing the firewall suggestion try these ports (and of course allow these new ports in firewall software).
