can no longer drag and drop to RW drive??

yes, ive tried several RW discs that i have used before but i cant drag
and drop to any of them, they all say its a read only disc. i see my
data there but it wont let me write any more files or delete any of the
ones already on there. i went to reinstall InCD but says the version im
trying to reinstall is older than the one that is on there. should i go

Did you format the RW first, that is called packet writing? Then you can use
the RW just like another harddrive. Format RWs using Nero or Roxio's Easy CD
Creator. You can drag&drop, copy to, delete and add. You do not finalize a
RW, you do on CD-Rs for music so they will play.
