Can I view my outlook email from home?

My boss tried to access her office outlook 2003 email from a remote site and
was usnable to do so. Can she view her email from home, or do I need to set
it up so that the email will be forwarded to another account when she is on
vacation so that she can view the email then? Thanks for the help!

If you use Exchange - yes. If you don't then you need a 3rd party sharing
feature. Using web access to the POP or IMAP account usually suffices for
most.
