can i use components adapter with Radeon 9250 clone?

Hello I am looking to buy an ati card to connect with my components tv.
I believe the
radeon 8500 has this function, and there is an adapter from dvi to
component 1080i.
i have found some cheap radeo video cards (clone) with dvi port. Can i
use the ati dvi to component adapter on one of this cards? any
experience? I also found a few cheap ati 8500 radeons on ebay. I dont
think they are all in worder but i guess the adapter will work on
those. Any feedback/experiences appreciated.

Get a x1300 pro. Better card better picture better everything.

Thank for the tip, I ended up buying the 8550 radeon, a dvi to
component adapater and component cables. I will test to make sure the
component adapter works well on my current tv and if it does i might
get a cheap 1080i component tv.
