Can I set a slide show to play when the data file is opened?

In Powerpoint 2002, I would like to send a presentation file to someone and
have the slideshow run automatically when the file is opened. How is this
done?

I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

In PowerPoint, Click File > Save As.
Under the save as type dropdown field, select PowerPoint Show (.pps).
Take note though, that it will be better to save the file into local drive
before running the presentation (e.g. preventing files that are linked from
breaking).

Hence, after saving the presentation file as a PowerPoint Show, you may want
to zip up using WinZip (www.winzip.com) or Windows XP Built-in Compressed
Zipped feature.
