can i rid this warning msg in ppt?

I have a ppt file in which the last slide has an icon that is linked to
an exe file which is my slideshow prepared using another program.

When i click the hyperlinked icon a warning mesage pops up tellling me
that i should not trust this kind of file and i should be sure before i
open such file or something similar.

Since i will be opening this file in full view of those watching the
prez, i would like that this message should NOT appear.

Any way around this i tried changing macro security level to low but it
does not help
