Can I put an attachement in the body of an email?

We have recently moved to Outlook/Exchange and my end users are trying to
accomplish tasks the same way they did in Lotus Notes. One of these is to be
able to send an email where the attachments are spread out in the body of the
email. Meaning, email text, attachement, more email text , another
attachment.

I am hoping there is a way to accomodate this for my user.

thanks,
Amy

To get the Attachment in the body of the email message change the mail
message format to Rich Text

You should also be able to just copy the file and paste into the body without
changing the settings from html to rich text, shouldn't you.
