Can I publish an Access Page in SharePoint and enter data?

Hello all-

I am wondering if anyone can explain to me whether or not I can publish an
Access 2003 Page in a SharePoint site, and more importantly whether I can set
up the Access Page so that users at the SharePoint front end can enter data
into certain fields (elements) in my Access Page, so that the data will be
entered into the DB backend on our server?

You need Office 2007 installed to do it both ways.

ok- so no possibility at all of doing it with Office 2003, correct?
