Can I open 2 instances of Outlook?

I'd like to be able to open 2 instances of Outlook, each opening up a
different profile. Is this possible? I know I can "open other users'
folder" but I'd like to have the full Outlook for each of the mailboxes
I need open.

I'm running Outlook 2003 up to date on Windows XP SP2 with an Exchange
2000 environment.
