You can always try with a 3rd party "undelete" utility. There are many
such; use Google. To the extent you have continued to use that
partition, your chances of being able to undelete the file rapidly
approach zero. Delete makes the file's space on disk available for
overwriting immediately; no recovery from that except in an expensive
laboratory operation, maybe.
Two observations:
(1) shoot that somebody, and
(2) back up your stuff.
