Can Date Navigator default to PREVIOUS Month

Is it possible to set the Date Navigator to always show last month? For
example, today is August 16th, and I have the Date Navigator sized to display
three months vertically. But I want the months to be July-August-September,
NOT August-September-October.

Yes, I know I can click the back arrow, but every time I change views then
return, I have to do that. I'd rather have it always there.

I'm thinking there may be a registry key that controls the Date Navigator,
and I could set it to "-1" or something similar.

I use Outlook 2003 at work, and Outlook 2007 at home.
