Can anyone help me with Microsoft Word?

I cannot pull up any of my Word documents whether save in My Documents or on
a floppy disk. When I try, this comes up: "The file normal already exists.
Do you want to replace the existing file?" When I try to come out, this
comes up: Changes have been made that affect the global template, Normal.
Do you want to save those changes? Please help, I cannot work on any of my
documents or perform new ones as they are not there after I have saved them.

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it. See

information.

And NEVER save files directly to, or open files directly from, a
floppy disk or other removable media in Word, because doing so
usually leads to file corruption.
