Calculating exact years between dates

Can you force Excel (2000) to display the exact number of years without
rounding them off to the next number. For example, when you subtract the
date of birth (11/15/1952) from the separation date (9/30/2004), Excel
returns 51.956. But if Excel rounds it off, the answer is 52. For our
purpose, we need the number to remain at 51. Is there a way to force Excel
to adhere to this request?
