Calculating dates to get correct number of years

Is there a way to force Excel (2000) to not round off numbers in order to get
the correct answer you want? For example, when you subtract the exit date
(9/30/2004) from a person's date of birth (11/15/1952), Excel returns the
value of 51.956. If the number was not rounded off, the person's correct
years of birth is 51. However, if you allow Excel to round the number off,
then it becomes 52.
