Calander button on form for date entry

I wonder if some one could tell me how can we add a calendar button on a form
to enter date..as we do while we book our ticket online on web...when ever we
click a calender button a calender pop up showing current dat and after we
select a date it fills the date entry to the date field..
I hope am able to clrea my question to u..
