.cab files

I recenently reinstalled XP onto to a bigger harddrive.
Now every time I want to install a game or software I get
an error message relating to .cab files, it says the file
cannot be found on the CD. These game had previously all
worked fine? Anyone got any ideas?

Hi,

Sounds like you changed your drive letter associations by
installing a 2nd hard drive, in which case the solution would
be to change the drive letter of the CD Rom back, or install
your games and other CD dependant software again.

Right click on My Computer and select Manage... to access
the Disk Manager where you can swap / change drive letters.

Hope this helps you. Let me know if you need more details. :)
