c: drive turned into f: drive when reformated drive

I had to reformat my hard drive after i installed windows XP my main drive is
F:\
instead of C:\ , and C:\ is now a Removable Disk witch i dont have
i need to change the F: back to c: because i am having issues with things
being reconized.

can someone tell me how to take care of this problem Please

You will need to unplug your media card reader, do a clean install, then
plug the card reader back in after reloading the OS.
Card readers are enumerated before hard drives because the default format
for media cards is FAT.
