c: drive turned into f: drive when reformated drive

I had to reformat my hard drive after i installed windows XP my main drive is
F:\
instead of C:\ , and C:\ is now a Removable Disk witch i dont have
i need to change the F: back to c: because i am having issues with things
being reconized.

can someone tell me how to take care of this problem Please.

C, D and E are taken by your internal card reader. The only
good way to fix it is to reinstall XP while the card reader
is disconnected or USB is deactivated in the BIOS setup.
