(C:\DOCUME~1\) & (ab3 cab extractor error)

hey
i've been getting this error message every time i start my windows XP pro

"Files needed : C:\DOCUME~1\SANDRA\LOCALS~1\Temp\80052CA.gdb_tmp_001\.\80052CCA

i've tried to locate that needed file but nowhere i could find it !! even if i find it how can i fix it ? lol@m

then
when i clicked OK on that error message window to close it i get this additional error message

"ab
cab extractor erro
Runsetup command failed , err 0x800704c
the System cannot find the path specified

im too slow to follow up on brief instructions ,im new to thi
Can any one be patient and specific to help me in details Please.. what to do next to fix that proble

1)Run an up to date AV as I think this is a virus trying to start Write down
any message you get

2) Open IE, go offline, go to tools internet options, in the middle of the tab
click on Delete files, check the box for include offline content, click ok,
click ok. Let it run

3) go to the Start button, go to Run and type in msconfig Go to startup tab and
see what is showing checked. All you really need starting at boot is your AV
and your firewall. you can always write down what is checked and search google
for what the program is or check here to see what all is listed and what it is.
